A little about us...I’m Jaime. I believe that gratitude is the foundation of joy and sharing joy with others is a wonderfully, powerful thing! I’m a spin and barre instructor and former special ed & elementary school teacher. My husband, Jeff, is an orthopedic surgical consultant. Our kids, Cali & Miles, love to celebrate others and help out with our family owned and operated business.

Jeff and I are both Mead graduates and stayed local for college. Go Pirates & Eagles! Obviously, we love Spokane & have a special place in our hearts for north Spokane.
